Arbor Park

Arbor Park blends a traditional neighborhood feel with the modern conveniences of today. The neighborhood is comprised of 225 townhomes that are built around parks, a lake and landscaped esplanades that combined feature more green space than any other townhome development in South Dade. Service lanes allow residents to park in garages behind their townhomes, rather than in front, leaving the streets free of parked cars and traffic. The result is a less congested and more relaxed neighborhood atmosphere ideal for walking, bicycling or just enjoying the view.

Residents of Arbor Park enjoy their own "Oasis." An outdoor clubhouse setting with a paradise of amenities, the Oasis is an inviting environment where Arbor Park homeowners can take a dip in the large pool, relax by the cabana or use the barbeque pit for cook out's. Household Trash, Recycling & Bulk Pickup

Garbage and recycling containers must be stored out of view (inside your garage or behind fence).  Please place containers out for collection no later than 12:00 PM on the day before pickup, and return to storage area no later than 12 hours after pickup. Scheduled pickup days are as follows:

Household Trash Pickup: Tuesday & Friday

Recycling 2011 Schedule: First (1st) and third (3rd) Friday of every month*

Bulk Trash 2011 Schedule: Second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Monday of every month*

Pets:  2 pets max per household

Arbor Park Monthly Association Fees:   $ 295 (Late Fee: $25)
