
To maintain our community, each resident is required to pay a monthly fee to the Community Association. Monthly fees for each neighborhood are as follows: Arbor Park, $290.00, Augusta Greens, $108.00*, Cali Green, $146.00, Center Gate, $171.00*, Dunwoodie, $108.00, East Lake, $115.00, Fairways, $108.00, Keys Landing, $113.00, North Gate, $248.00, Shoma, $71.17*, Shores, $126.00, Towngate, $141.00*, Palm Isles Estate, $102.00.
The Neighborhoods with an asterisk (*) have a separate Condo Fee – see condo documents for details.
All payments are due on the first of the month and are past due after the 15th of each month. You can drop your payments at Miami Management’s office Monday thru Friday from: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., or at the drop box in front of the Management office. Please note: if you drop your payment after 5 p.m. on any business day, or over the weekend, it will be posted the next work day. If the 15th falls on a weekend or Holiday, make sure to drop your check off on Friday. Any payment placed in the box over the weekend or on a Holiday will not be collected or posted until the next business day and will be considered late.
