
To maintain our community, each resident is required to pay a monthly fee to the Community Association. Monthly fees for each neighborhood are as follows: Arbor Park, $295.00, Augusta Greens, $129.00*, Cali Green, $165.00, Center Gate, $175.00*, Dunwoodie, $129.00, East Lake, $150.00, Fairways, $129.00, Keys Landing, $118.00, North Gate, $261.00, Palm Breeze, $76.27*, Shores, $130.00, Towngate, $175.00*, Palm Isles Estate, $109.00.
The Neighborhoods with an asterisk (*) have a separate Condo Fee – see condo documents for details.
All Association fee's are due on the first of the month and are considered past due after the 15th of each month. Please note: if you drop your payment after 5 p.m. on any business day, or over the weekend, it will be posted the next business day; if the 15th falls on a weekend your payment is due prior to 5 p.m. on Friday. If the payment is not received by Friday and dropped off at the Management office over the weekend it is considered past due; a late fee will be charged to your account. To avoid late fee, drop your payments at Miami Management’s office Monday - Friday from: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or after-hours by placing in the slot on the front door of the office, prior to the 15th of each month. Also, you can make payments on-line at www.miamimanagement.com. If you plan to use the on-line payment system, make sure to do so before the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or Holiday, your payment will not be considered late, and will be credited on the next business day.
