Association Fees

To maintain our community, each resident is required to pay a monthly fee to the Community Association. Monthly fees for each neighborhood are as follows:

Augusta Greens I $167 (Late Fee: $25)

Augusta Greens II* $167 (Late Fee: $25)

Cali Greens $185 (Late Fee: $25)

Center Gate* $217 (Late Fee: $25)

Dunwoodie $167 (Late Fee: $25)

East Lake $177 (Late Fee: $25)

Fairways $108 (Late Fee: $25)

Keys Landing $113 (Late Fee: $25)

North Gate $308 (Late Fee: $25)

Shoma * $ 71 (Late Fee: $25)

Shores $126 (Late Fee: $25)

Towngate* $141 (Late Fee: $25)

Palm Isles Estate $102 (Late Fee: $25)

All payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered past due after the 15th.  Payments made be made in person at the Miami Management office during the business week between the hours of 9 AM to 1 PM, and 2 PM to 5 PM, or dropped into the box in front of the Management office.  Please note: Payments dropped off after 5 PM on any business day, a weekend day or a holiday will not be posted until the next (non-holiday) business day.  Should the 15th fall on a weekend or holiday, payment must be made by 5 PM on the Friday prior.
