Keys Landing

With tree-lined streets and more lake views than any other Keys Gate neighborhood, Keys Landing is an impressive collection of 276 single-family homes that range in size and style. Two gated entrances make for easy access and help minimize traffic to make for a pedestrian-friendly environment. The area even includes a small "tot lot" park with jungle gym and swings to entertain the little ones.

Household Trash, Recycling & Bulk Pickup

Garbage and recycling containers must be stored out of view (inside your garage or behind fence).  Please place containers out for collection no later than 12:00 PM on the day before pickup, and return to storage area no later than 12 hours after pickup. Scheduled pickup days are as follows:

Household Trash Pickup: Tuesday & Friday

Recycling 2011 Schedule: First (1st) and third (3rd) Friday of every month*

Bulk Trash 2011 Schedule: Second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Monday of every month*

Please Note: Starting on June 19, 2009, the pedestrian gates will be closed and locked at the Farm Life Road entrance. A key will be available at the management office at 1541 SE 12 Avenue Suite 37-39. The first key is free and additional keys are available for $5.00 per key. Many children use this gate to walk to school or their bus stop. Please be sure to pick your keys up at the management office to prevent an access issue for your children. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM – 5 PM, closed Holidays.
