About the Management Company

MIAMI MANAGEMENT, INC.

Miami Management is licensed by the State of Florida and has been contracted by the Keys Gate Community Association to manage and maintain the common areas of the many neighborhoods within the community. We are responsible for the maintenance of your community, the Administration of Community Association affairs, and the enforcement of the rules and regulations. Administration of the Community is based on the guidance of the Keys Gate Board of Directors and the Association Documents. We also collect the Maintenance fees in our office for your convenience.
