    Keeping our residents safe is a top priority!  All of our neighborhoods feature 24-hour patrols and     controlled gate entrances.

    Vehicle Registration and Decals:
 
    Every January, all Keys Gate residents are required to register their vehicle(s) with Miami     Management. During this annual update, you receive decals – color coded for each neighborhood -     that must be placed on your car or truck.

    Clickers:

    Gate access devices, commonly referred to as “clickers,” can be purchased for $30 from Miami     Management.  If your vehicle is stolen or you lose your clicker, please inform Miami Management.     The device will be deactivated, to avert any one from potentially getting into the neighborhood.

    New residents register their vehicles, receive decals and purchase clickers at homeowner     orientation.  Newcomers link

    If you don’t register your automobile each year, your “Gate Clicker” will be shut off; vehicles with     expired decals could receive a ticket, which may result in a fine.  

 

    Granting Access:

    Security Services of America has been contracted by the KGCA to man guard gates that are     strategically located throughout Keys Gate in the Arbor Park, Centergate, North Gate, Towngate and     Shores neighborhoods.    

    Residents:

    All neighborhoods have front access gates which are controlled by barrier-arms that go up and     down.  Residents with clickers enter their neighborhood through the gate’s resident side.   You will     not need to interact with the manned guardhouse or use a call box.   If you do not have a clicker, go     to the visitor entrance at the manned guardhouse or use the call box. The guard will ask you for     identification to verify your address and then document your vehicle.   

    Visitors:
 
    Please notify your guard gate if you plan to have a visitor. They will provide your visitors with guest     passes that should be displayed on the dashboard of the visitor’s vehicle. If your neighborhood     does not have a guard gate, contact the specified guard gate below and tell your visitor to go to the     guard gate for a visitor’s pass.  Visitors of any kind, including workers, will not be allowed in the     neighborhood without your consent. If you are not home and expect a visitor, please notify the     appropriate guard gate in advance.
