Bulk Waste, Garbage and Recycling

 

Bulk Trash

All communities, excluding Towngate: Trash cans need to be stored inside the garage or out of sight behind a fence. Trash can be placed out 24 hours before scheduled pick up and the containers must be put stored within 12 hours after collection

Bulk Items Placement and Pick Up:  All communities “Bulk Items” are picked up on Mondays; including Holidays (excludes Christmas).  Bulk items can be placed curbside or in designated areas after 12 P.M. on Sunday prior to pick up on Monday.  If any items are placed out prior to noon on Sundays, the Association will remove the trash and bill the homeowner for any expense. 

 

Household Garbage and Recyclable Collection

North Gate and East Lake Garbage: Monday & Thursday.  Recyclable:  Thursday

Cocoplum, Centergate, Keys Landing, Shores, Arbor Park, Palm Isles & Cali Greens Garbage: Tuesday & Friday.  Recyclable:  Friday

 

Towngate Instruction

Towngate Dumpster pick up:  Mondays, Wednesday & Friday.  Large Items must be placed on either side of the corral.
